"Discovering your Greatness"
Joan will be speaking at the Success Unlimited Network® held in Asheville, North Carolina about "Discovering our Greatness!" One of the major impediments to coaches is the sense that they "need to know" the answer to the client's dilemnas. However, it is NOT our function as coaches to SOLVE our client's problems. If this were the case they would need a coach for the rest of their lives. Rather, believing that there is a greatness within ourselves and a greatness within our client allows us to create a space filled with the energy of greatness. In holding this belief, the client begins to probe within and in the process they, themselves, tap into the deeper place where they own answers lie.
This program is designed to help coaches tap into their own greatness and the collective greatness of all of us to enhance their: coaching presence, powerful questions and creating awarenss - essential coaching competencies.
