Yesterday, I felt it, mid afternoon – the malaise I have heard about following chemotherapy. I crashed – felt very tired. Am still tired this morning. My friend, Judith, sensing my tiredness drove and parked beside the road beyond the bill hill so that we would not need to walk back up the hill. Thank You, so much my friend. We walked a shorter distance for 36 min, but we did still walk.

Dear Joan,
I hope you feel better, soon.
Love,
Toni
Our walk was just right for me, too. The overcast skies and coolness of early morning august in Colorado was a welcome relief from the sun and the heat. Enjoy your day of just being. Those times are so precious and healing. Love, jkh
Joan, hi, Shalom,
I would so love to walk with you in your Canyon in Colorado….short of that, please know that I am holding a special place for you in my heartfelt prayers for your healing and health. I deeply appreciate your Jolts and glean much inspiration from each one. Keep walking. I am praying for your complete and speedy-as-God-allows recovery.
God Bless,
Karen Arbel
