This morning I awoke with thoughts of “The Essence of Yes!” and what it means to say “Yes!” to life – to open, no, to embrace life, with no resistance to the unknown to the pain and the joy that lies in wait for us to catch up with them. I felt the freedom of doing this. I felt my spirit soar. I am so blessed. We are here to discover the fullness of who we are. Like the dancers, there is so much more that lies in wait for us to discover.
Say “Yes!” to life with me, embrace the unknown and let’s fly in freedom together.
